Our role
VASMON acts as an intermediary, not as the vehicle seller merely because it coordinates a transaction. The written engagement identifies our tasks and the relevant seller, auction, carrier and specialists. Marketing services are separately scoped on marketing.vasmon.pro.
Instructions and authorisation
Vehicle, spending limit, scope, fee and responsibilities must be agreed before a purchase commitment. We require the appropriate written authority before bidding, buying or instructing third parties on your behalf. An enquiry alone grants no such authority.
Costs and third parties
The quote distinguishes our agreed fee from applicable seller, auction, transport, insurance, tax, duty, port and registration costs. Estimates may change with the route or third-party requirements; any change requiring your approval is referred to you. Insurance and inspections are included only if agreed.
Documents, condition and rights
Seller information does not replace an agreed inspection. Import eligibility, ownership documents and registration requirements must be checked for the particular destination. Third-party roles do not remove VASMON’s responsibility for its own agreed services or any mandatory rights. The signed scope and applicable law govern the engagement.
