Requesting cancellation
Contact info@vasmon.pro promptly with your name, engagement reference and the instruction you want to cancel. We will establish what has already been authorised, performed or committed to third parties. An initial website enquiry itself creates no purchase obligation.
Consumer rights
Where a statutory cooling-off right applies to a consumer distance service contract, the usual period is 14 days from the contract. Starting work early requires the applicable express request; payment for work already performed and loss of the right after full performance are subject to legal conditions. You receive the relevant information before contracting.
Vehicle and third-party commitments
Cancelling intermediary services does not automatically unwind a separate vehicle purchase, auction bid or transport booking. The relevant contract and mandatory law determine the result. We do not apply a blanket statement that every vehicle or intermediary fee is non-refundable.
Refund assessment
Refunds are assessed against the applicable right, agreed work, authorised third-party commitments and sums actually received. We explain any proposed deductions and the refund process. Statutory remedies for defective or improperly supplied services remain unaffected.
